• Lack of knowledge of common financial tools in Canada (Bank Loans, Credit Lines, Investors)

IT and Artificial Intelligence Challenges for CEOs

• Ignoring the role of IT in growth and competitiveness
• Neglecting cybersecurity and data risks
• Not utilizing data in high-level decision-making
• Lack of awareness of AI applications in cost and scheduling predictions

Team Building and Task Management

• Hiring the wrong people for key positions

• Minimum capital investment of $25,000

Class Attendance

• Punctual attendance is mandatory
• More than 20 minutes late will be considered an absence
• Missing more than one session will result in not receiving the course certificate
• Recording of classes without the permission of Fanavaran is prohibited

Preliminary Interview

• A short interview will be conducted with each applicant before final approval.
• The organizer has the right to accept or reject the application.
