Please check the information of course hours, cost as well as your input information, most likely there is an error in entering or checking the above items. If your problem persists, contact our support team.
If your application does not violate our registration rules and training courses, the financial unit will review your application and, if possible, refund your payment as soon as possible or contact you directly to resolve the issue.
Discount coupons or special course coupons are shared on social media or emailed to you directly. If you want to buy directly, you can contact our sales department.

Making Courses

You can modify your username directly from your profile page. If you have problems with this change, please send a message or contact the technical support unit to change your account name.
You can click on the unsubscribe button directly in your email or contact our technical support unit.
This possibility is included in your user panel, if you are not familiar with this change or its process, please contact our technical support unit.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@fanavaran.ca.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
