Today, we are profiling Kathleen Cieslak, Manager, Community Collaboration with Hatch.
Kathleen will speak on Indigenous inclusion, against a backdrop of movement toward government-mandated inclusion targets. She will illustrate that inclusion can add social value to business.
Kathleen is a community engagement and public consultation professional with a focus on Indigenous relations management, stakeholder management, and real estate/land asset management in the Ontario energy industry. Described as an engaged listener who looks for mutually beneficial opportunities to drive innovation and effective engagement solutions, Kathleen has more than 14 years of experience in community engagement.
