Revit software training course

This course introduces students to REVIT software. Revit is a Building
Information Modeler (BIM) software tool used by architects, structural
engineers mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, contractors
and interior designers. The tool facilitates building design and
modeling and allows the disciplines to embed additional building
construction and design information into REVIT documents.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will:
Understand and be able to apply the underlying principles of Building
Information Management (BIM)
Be able to create basic REVIT documents
Be able to use and create basic ‘family’ classes
Be able to create walls, windows and doors
Create views
Create floors and roofs
Create a simple architectural 3D model with walls, curtain walls,
windows, and doors.
