Reduce Your COVID-19 Risk by these 8 Simple Steps

With the outbreak of Corona virus all across the globe, we are all under its effect and in danger. It affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.
Most common symptoms:
  • fever
  • dry cough
  • tiredness
Less common symptoms:
  • aches and pains
  • sore throat
  • diarrhoea
  • conjunctivitis
  • headache
  • loss of taste or smell
  • a rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes
You can protect yourself and others from the disease by following these eight easy tips:

WASH hands often with soap and running water, for at least 20 seconds. DRY with paper towel or hand dryer.

COVER your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow.

TRY not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth at all costs.

PHONE your GP first if you need medical attention. They will tell you what to do.

ISOLATE yourself at home if you feel sick. If you take medication ensure you have adequate supplies.

CONTINUE healthy habits: exercise, drink water, get plenty of sleep, and now is the time to quit smoking.

BUY an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with over 60 per cent alcohol and sanitize our hands regularly.

SHAKING HANDS is not recommended at all!
